By accessing taqwaly.com or using any software, products, or services offered by Taqwaly Tech LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional terms that apply to a specific service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or the services.

Taqwaly Tech LLC provides website, software, and product development services, including mobile applications, web platforms, and related consulting, as described on taqwaly.com.

The scope, deliverables, and commercial terms of any engagement are set out in the applicable statement of work or agreement between you and us.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the site or services.

Minors may use the services only with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.

Payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Apple ID subscription settings.

Prices for App Store purchases are set by Apple and may vary. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) to the extent it does not conflict with these terms.

Purchases made directly with us, such as invoices for development services, are governed by the applicable statement of work or agreement.

You may not use the site or services for any unlawful purpose, interfere with or disrupt their operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

The site, its content, and the materials we create are owned by Taqwaly Tech LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and use the site for its intended purpose; all other rights are reserved.

The site and services may contain links to, or depend on, third-party products and services. These are provided as-is, and we do not control or endorse them.

To the extent the services are obtained through Apple's App Store, Apple is not responsible for these terms, the services, or their content.

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available", and Taqwaly Tech LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taqwaly Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of the site or services.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page is current, and your continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
